Agreement Between gqee and the Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and gqee ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the gqee website available at https://gqee.org, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform, such as online casino games, sports betting, payment processing, account management, and promotional activities.

By accessing the gqee platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active gqee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. gqee reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify compliance with these criteria at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one registered gqee account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. gqee will close duplicate accounts and may confiscate balances held therein.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of gqee or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such person. This restriction exists to prevent conflicts of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from gqee or any affiliated gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement. Attempting to open a new account while under self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may result in the new account being permanently closed.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gqee account credentials. You must take reasonable steps to protect your login details and must not disclose your username, password, or OTP codes to any third party under any circumstances.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your gqee account and do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Do not allow any other person to access or operate your gqee account. All activities conducted via your account — whether or not you personally authorised them — are your responsibility.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to gqee support immediately via live chat. You are responsible for any losses incurred before you report the compromise.
• Log out of your gqee session when using shared or public devices. Clearing browser cookies and history on shared devices after each session is strongly recommended.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gqee supports deposits and withdrawals via locally trusted payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, as well as international card methods including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. gqee does not impose a maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, but payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gqee does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person and will return such funds where technically possible.
• gqee does not charge deposit fees on standard bKash or Nagad transactions. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside gqee's control.
• gqee reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative is approved by gqee's payments team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with international payment standards.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts registered in the player's name typically complete within 10 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as BPL finals weekends or public holidays in Bangladesh.
• gqee may require KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players will be notified of any documentation requirements via the account notification system or live chat.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met their rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal processing.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

gqee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus balance may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant offer documentation.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, gifted, or shared with another player. Using bonus funds in connection with any other player's account, or as part of a coordinated scheme with other players, is strictly prohibited.
• gqee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured to completion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the eligible game specified in the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer. Unused free spins expire at the time specified in each individual promotion.
• gqee reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free spin winnings, or associated real-money winnings that were credited as the result of a technical error, software fault, or abuse of a promotional offer. Players who are found to have systematically exploited bonus structures — through pattern betting, arbitrage, or other bad-faith methods — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the gqee platform depends on all players engaging with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the gqee platform in a manner not intended for human players. This includes automated betting systems, screen-scraping tools, and odds-harvesting scripts.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a game, share cards or information in a live dealer environment, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to guarantee profit at the expense of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in betting markets, or any other technical malfunction to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void and will be reclaimed by gqee.
• Attempting to open or using a new account while subject to an active self-exclusion, account suspension, or permanent ban applied to any previous gqee account.
• Making deposits using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials. All suspicious payment transactions are subject to investigation and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the gqee platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, betting market data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gqee or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gqee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gqee content without express prior written consent from gqee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gqee's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gqee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.

• gqee does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability.
• gqee is not liable for any losses arising from a player's reliance on information, statistics, or odds data displayed on the platform that contains errors or is subject to late correction.
• gqee is not responsible for any loss of funds held in a player's mobile financial service wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) that results from the player's own device being compromised, lost, or stolen.
• Nothing in these Terms limits gqee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

gqee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where gqee has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes; (c) the account holder is underage or has provided false registration information; (d) continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds or associated winnings that are subject to voiding) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. gqee will not be obligated to return balances where the closure is a result of confirmed fraud, collusion, or money laundering.

Privacy and Data Protection

gqee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject. Amendments to These Terms

gqee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gqee will notify registered players via the on-platform notification system or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the gqee platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gqee is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through gqee's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority. Players based in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable to them.
